I would be happy to nudge the weather over the mansion towards something conducive to snow - though only for a short while, as anything longer might have longer-lasting repercussions that few would enjoy.
With the way the weather is going this weekend would be an excellent time to do this. I will schedule a visit to the mansion and you can plan the snowball fight to end all snowball fights.

Maybe you could try to make snow on Boiler Beach? And then even if it doesn't stop it will at least melt on its own and not make anything soggy?
